Fleetwood is a pimp that works in DeSolee for the 99 PROBLEMS. He has a lot of clout and pull with the gang, but is not in their inner circle. Rumor has it his lead girl Queeney and he are trying to pull together enough money to leave Crescent City for good. Fleetwood has a rivalry with Sin, but its not clear if the feeling is mutual.
