Marquis DeSolee

The Marquis is a master netrunner, negotiator, and peacemaker between rival gangs and their members. Marquis is a cornerstone of the Desolee street community. It seems like he knows everyone and everything that is going on. He is very friendly and personable, but lets people know the truth of where they stand. He is very relaxed and fearless, even when a gun is pointed to his head. When he's not mingling with the many factions of Crescent City, the Marquis is working as a netrunner. Rumor has it he used to work for NETWATCH, but they parted company after the KEYSTROKE virus was eradicated in 2043.
The Marquis is a huge fan of the pro-wrestling legue which operates out of Remy's Wreck Hall. The Marquis continues to encourage neighborhood groups to meet at Remy's and makes a point to visit weekly to make sure everything is running smoothly. Marquis has also worked things out with 99 PROBLEMS to keep Remy's as a kind of neutral ground within DeSolee.
