Ophelia

Ophelia grew up in the neighborhood. She was orphaned at an early age. Then when she was fifteen she was caught in the middle of a block conflict between the 99 PROBLEMS and The Akula Boys. She was caught in an explosion in her building. Not much of her body was left. Zetatech and key unnamed donors paid to rebuild Ophelia's broken body. As a result, she is now owned by these unnamed donors who use her to execute high-risk missions of one sort or another. While she cannot speak the name of her 'owners', it is clear from they include members of THE HIGH TABLE. When she is not working for THE HIGH TABLE, Ophelia is a dancer and prostitute at The_Wages_of_Sin.
