Tuxedo Sam

Tuxedo Sam is a private investigator based in DeSolee. He is kind, well-dressed, and good at his job. He is calm under pressure and very pragmatic. Rumor on the street is that Sam used to be a street kid in DeSolee, a real boy scout too. He joined the Crescent City Rangers and later the CCPD. What he saw knocked the wind out of his innocent sails. But even though he is down to earth and knows the way the city works, he is still optimistic for change and hopeful that he is making a difference. Occasionally he is tasked by the Crescent City Bureau of Investigations to investigate local disappearances and gang movements, and he's been known to pay informants well. Sam's base of operations is an abandoned fire house surrounded by flood waters.
