Malcom Proffer
Malcom is a workgang leader within the Dungeon sector on Galileo - O'Neil 2. He is rising as a leader among the Watu wa Pilule on the colony. He keeps under the radar from ESA security/Interpol.
Some of the Watu wa Pilule don't like Malcolm as he often follows Ragunath Chipalunakar orders and never questions them in public. Some think he doesn't share the same cause as the rest of the Highriders on the colony. Another reason is that Malcolm has many ruffians within his pack. They often strong arm others into doing their will. The colony security turns a blind eye on this, which is another reason why some whisper he works with ESA and not the Highriders.
Malcolm leads the Rising Wassa pack. They are maintenance team that works mostly in the Labrynth sector of Galileo. They control the various systems feeding into the Garden sector. They have better access than those working in the Farm. It is well known that they often bribe the security of the various corporate facilities to allow them safe passage through or hide out from the colony's security. This has allowed them to meet without the prying eyes of Kuno Heinsohn and Interpol.
