Wisp is a member of the Drain Pipa and works with the water systems within Galileo - O'Neil 2. She is a subordinate to Astro. Her personality make her seen as being in control. She is demanding of others, especial those who work under her. She claims to not care about the politics of Drain Pipa, but seems to have mentioned about the lack of leadership of late.
