Membership and goals of the cult are unknown. They are believed to be responsible for the kidnappings, murders, and sacrifices of many, primarily of Orc, Elven, or Tiefling heritage. A highly suspect group believed to be responsible for the disappearance of the Elven girl, Amara.

Believed to operate in cells in various places in the world.
