Founded by the dwarf Fomrir Wyvernfall, the Wyvernfall Mining Company is headquartered in Nossod. The official headquarters building containing records, work orders, and other clerical activities exists on the surface city Tal'Nossod, while the bulk of the company, over 80%, lives and works in Mol'Nossod below.

Settled at the base of the Nyrussian Range, known for it's rich deposits of iron, silver, and gold, the Wyvernfall Mining Company has established itself as one of the most successful companies on the mountain range. A major exporter of goods from Utancia , the company regularly hires mercenaries to protect shipments to the south, and occasionally to the east to The Steppes of Galeaha .
