The News of this average day was focused on the Cern Supercollider in Switzerland. Today will be the 4th attempt to understand the particles that open an interdimensional Portal. The news coverage of this event was primarily focused on the protests about the experiment. The members experience a Blink where everything seems to blackout for a second. Where the team began in 2005, they recall that it is now 2023. Everyone they ask about the weird blink seems to remember it but think nothing of it. The members have memories of the last 18 years yet, they are bothered by this event.

Criminal Activity8-30-23 (Game time) A call comes in from Agent Kissel. A supervillain named Zolek The Great has demanded the release of Major Drama from Supermax or all the people in the Cleveland Guardians game will die. He has not said how this will happen but has Magically closed all the exits. Several bombs were seen by an off-duty Cop who is working security, Gary Antonio.

The Teta Attack, planned by Tessa Kavush!
Disaster / DestructionSome 4 days past the Guardians event and the disappearance of Zoltek the Great. It is Sept 2, 2023. Wizard notifies Guardian of the incoming Alien ship, identified as a Teta ship. The Wardens get on Wizard and move into an intercepting position, but the alien ships bypass Wizard, teleporting to another part of the upper atmosphere. The Wardens head to Cleveland. Tessa Kavush teleports on top of the Key Bank building. The Wardens decide to gang up on her. Jersey Devil is able to take her gauntlets. After defeating her he says he will keep them to study them.

The Death of Greenbriar
Disaster / DestructionOn Sept 4th, 2023 A local Cleveland hero named The Greenbriar was killed. Sept 6th was Greenbriar's funeral. The attendance at the funeral included The Director of the Department of Metahuman Affairs Warren Killpatrick, Rowr, Val Halla, Crimson Cardinal, Patriot Peregrine, And Jadelight. Director Killpatrick was able to meet with the Wardens before the funeral. At the funeral, it was very clear that Greenbriar ( Andrew Kassel 26 ) looked up to The Wardens as examples of what a hero was. The following day, Sept 5th the villain The Adversary tried to summon a Kaiju off of Cleveland in Lake Erie. Soon after the creature was summoned The Adversary lost control of the beast and needed saving as well as stopping the monster. The wardens accomplished both tasks.

The Demon Attack
Metaphysical / Paranormal eventSome Amish folk have gone missing but there are rumors of Demons. Police think these may be Metas trying to hide. The Missing: Naomi Zook is a 16-year-old girl missing, Micah Lee is a 17-year-old Male, and Hilda Ropp is a 14-year-old Female. The Wardens gather what intel they can from authorities and the local Amish community. An abandoned farmhouse seems to be in question by locals. The old Conrad farm. Upon investigation, The Wardens come upon 2 Demoness' and the missing children.

Chaos Concert
Criminal ActivitySept 16th is the last free Concert at Edgewater Beach. Huey Lewis and the News are headlining the concert. A few of The Wardens are gonna be there to enjoy the concert. On the shoreway right near Edgewater Park a PETA protest has appeared and is stopping all traffic on the shoreway. At about the same time during the break between an opening band and the main band taking the stage at the concert villains take the stage. It seems that they hope to rob the concertgoers. As this is happening Zolec The Great calls The Elusive Eloise, thinking it is Major Drama in New Castle Supermax prison. It seemed he was planning a breakout for Major Drama. The Wardens thwarted the concert villains as well, and discovering the shoreway protest was an illusion. Alloy received a distressing call from his girlfriend, as it seemed she was kidnapped by a villainess named Steel Banshee. Eloise and Jersey Devil headed to Newcastle thwarted the prison break, and captured Zolec The Great.

Scientific achievementNASA reveals the existence of its high-tech spaceship Enterprise. Details include the fact that Major Charlie Cooper was second in command on the Enterprises' second flight and that is in fact when The Major became the hero named Fusionator.

Cultural eventMaj Charlie Cooper, aka Fusionator, was informed that holding a press conference at NASA Glenn Research would be advisable. At the press conference, Julie Ortiz of WOIO Channel 19 Cleveland stood out by asking more interesting questions than the rest of the press pool. Eloise was contacted by the Cleveland Guardians, about a post-game show with fireworks. Later in the afternoon Jersey Devil passing by the Castle monitor room notices his supernatural senses made him aware of something being off.

The Castle attack
Criminal ActivityJersey Devil having his supernatural sense going off near the monitor room, entered and witnessed the transformation of Adam, a daily walker, and his dog on one of the monitors focused outside of the Castle. A devilish entity moved toward The Castle with supernatural speed. The Wardens were able to respond to the threat, yet the demon was able to enter the base and ultimately destroy the monitor room and kill agency personnel. During the combat, it was made clear that this demon was connected to the two female demons that The Wardens encountered and captured in Amish country. This demon said his name was Sibboleth. He escaped capture and remains a threat. Most likely he is the leader of the demonic group that goes by the name The Satanic Panic. Agent Prince received information that The Castle attack may have been a hit upon Jersey Devil for his part in capturing the female members of The Satanic Panic.

NASA Death
Life, DeathDuring the period around The Castle attack, a break-in and murder of a high-ranking NASA official took place in another part of Cleveland. Sandy Roberts, NASA's Assistant Director of Alien Research; was murdered in her home in Rockey River. Her throat was slashed, there was a sign of some struggle but no sign of a robbery. The front door of her home was smashed open.

Double Date and Dayton
Criminal ActivityDeciding to do a double date of sorts, Fusionator and Guardian of Ia have an early dinner at the 100th Bomber Group restaurant next to the airport. Julie Ortiz and Rebecca Kingston are treated to a nice dinner. The two women have an awkward relationship as Julie ultimately works for Rebecca's father Lamont Kingston who owns and operates WOIO Channel 19 Cleveland. During the dinner, Charlie receives a text message from his friend Congressman Mike Russo. Russo's local office received a threatening message warning the congressman that " Bad things will occur if he does not distance himself from Charlie Cooper aka Fusionator". The message was from someone or a group named Nox Helix. Shortly after that message, Charlie receives a message from NASA reporting the murder of their senior dept member. Charlie volunteers his and Ia's assistance in the investigation. This cut the dinner date short. Jersey Devils' computer skills are brought into the investigation as well. During this part of the early evening, the group is notified of an incident unfolding in Southern Ohio at Wright Patterson Air Force Base. A powered being and a platoon of robots seem to be after nuclear weapons stored at the air base. The Wardens arrive to find several Air Force personnel and the local hero Jetstream down. A squad of Robots is sent to delay the Wardens while the Roman-themed being and the rest of his robots proceed toward the Nuclear Weapons storage facility. The Wardens prevail with the help of local Superhero Kara Sol. The Supervillain Nox Empori and his robots were being stopped, and it was suspected that there was probably no coincidence between his name and the message the Congressman received earlier.

The London Incident
Criminal ActivityJust around 4 pm, The Wardens are notified by Agent Susan Prince of a bizarre event occurring in London Ontario, Canada. Using the Warden Jet, the team heads North across Lake Erie. Being notified that the Canadian Supergroup The North League was currently dealing with a Kaiju attack on the Atlantic coast of Canada, The Wardens were the closest group to help out. The group was brought up to speed about the plight of the Canadian city. The core portion of London's downtown has found itself engulfed in a black oily box. The cloak was not only visual in nature but messed with electronic communications as well. Visuals from news helicopters on the scene showed several people seeking to keep people from escaping the box of blackness. One costumed being was identified as the villain, Hellzone. Hellzone was dealt with. Eloise discovered that she could see through the blackness. Identifying large crystals at the corners of the blackness She directed the destruction of one, which cut the blackness engulfing the city in half. She would come to realize that there were beams of energy emininating from the roof of One London Place. The attack by The Wardens shifted to the rooftop of the skyscraper. The engulfment of the city ended during this point as it seemed the villains focused on rescuing Hellzone. Agent Prince notified The Wardens that they were likely dealing with a Canadian Villain group named Obscura Gloom. The group included; Hellzone, Onyx, and Void Mistress. Thereupon the rooftop was a seeming fourth member of the group. A man-shaped figure that seemed to be made a space. Guardian of Ia was able to dislodge a large crystal pillar on the rooftop of the skyscraper. Creating a portal the unknown member took Void Mistress to try to help Onyx recover Hellzone. Onyx was thwarted in rescuing Hellzone and The unknown member and Void Mistress vanished into a portal. Upon capture, Hellzone revealed his extreme dislike for the new group member he identified as Astral Vandal. Hellzone also assumed that the presence of the Wardens was because of Fusionator's arch enemy Tesa Kavush of the alien race Sarkrel. Eloise was able to use a modified aspect of her magic and read the thoughts of Onyx. She learned that the Sarkrel had been seeking to teleport the city center to moon Io for the need of human slaves. Obscura Gloom were promised various improvements to their abilities for the reward of delivering the city. The Crystal pillar that Guardian of Ia took from the rooftop was revealed to be an amplifier of alien design. The device amplified Void Mistress' power and was going to magnify the teleportation power of Astral Vandal if he was not thwarted.
