Kuliyat Alshar

The Kuliyat Alshar is one of the largest complexes of learning the world has seen to date. It has courses that span nearly every school of magic, studies on philosophy, science, engineering, and even the arts such as poetry. It is a place that the wealthy and the intelligent come to make in roads and lasting alliances. Usually those sent there are off to learn a skill or ideology that they will take with them into building the rest of their lives.

Purpose / Function

The purpose of the college is to better the cream of the Sraebadahn crop. Here skills can be learned that take them over the top of what they know mortals can reach. They study countless magics to create and grow the skills to make feats like the city Riyasha possible. They also train people who would become advisors in how to think critically and work through deep thoughts of philosophy meant to keep pushing Sraebadah toward the ideal.
Artists come here to learn as well. Some of the finest musicians, actors, poets, and sculptors have come through it's doors only to leave a master of their chosen skill. While the Kuliyat Alshar is known for it's advances in magic that is not all that it does.
