Vienna

Lady Vienna Titles: Captain in the House of Order (formerly), guildmaster of the Order of Endless Night (former?), Lady Death, Angel of Mercy, Death Knight.
At this stage, she has either taken over for the Reaper, or is working alongside him. Her Vorpal Sword, the King's Hand once belonged to the Coral King and now rests atop her grave (image = Haserot grave). Maybe it's now Death's Hand
In the afterlife, Oswald (and possibly direbat Malvolio) pull the reaper's carriage of souls. (Oz + Mal).
Though Vienna comes off as stern and stoic, she appears to have a soft spot for the truly reckless and stupid. Or maybe she just wants them to suffer a little longer. Her typical rule is 'no cheating death', but she's bent that rule twice now: once for Elyon, when she made a pact for his life, and again for Goose Jr, reincarnating him as an Arborean wood elf.
Vienna's goal is to end Apophis, the Nightwalker. As a demigod, she can't interfere in mortal affairs directly anymore. Vienna established a new order, probably most adopted by dark elves. She sent Oswald and Mal to help the reaper. Mal can take the form of a direbat, but is typically a small, big-eyed bat with a skull for a head.
Vienna wears a bat-wing cloak.
She was perhaps chosen as the Matron Saint of the Bat city in the underdark, a cloak of protection. Or she could be, and they could use the previous matron saint as a sacrifice to some immense death magic.
Vienna may be called the Angel of Death/Mercy. A Death Knight.
