Cloude Willowspur
Cloude Willowspur (a neutral good nonbinary half-elf commoner) is the owner of the The Lucky Lute Tavern. Stout and always cheerful, Cloude is usually the best source for current rumors in the enclave. Cloude’s husband, a quiet human commoner named Berte, works for them, and can usually be found doing odd jobs in the tavern.
