Once Joice now a militar outpost

Amidst the turmoil of the Great War between the Four Races (The two four war), the village of Joice became an unexpected refuge for elves fleeing the bloody conflict. These beings, of proud and reserved nature, did not usually mingle with other races, but the desperation to survive pushed them to seek asylum in the human kingdoms of the East.

However, fate had a cruel twist in store for them. The Minos-Dwarfos coalition, victorious on the battlefield, mercilessly cut off the elven escape routes and descended upon Joice with relentless fury. The village's defenses quickly succumbed to the assault, and the elves still within were captured and executed without mercy.

The humans, who had welcomed the elves in their time of need, were saved because the Minos knew better than to look for another fight. Their king, a man of compassion and unwavering loyalty, was devastated by the elves' plight. Blinded not by greed, but by a fierce desire to aid, he rallied for a united front against the aggressors. He called upon other human kingdoms to join him in a crusade against the monstrous forces that had decimated the elves.

Unfortunately, his pleas fell on deaf ears. Other human leaders, wary of war's cost, offered only meager support. The king, heartbroken but determined, was forced to negotiate with the Minos-Dwarfos victors. He secured the safety of his people by relinquishing Joice and its surrounding lands, receiving precious metals and jewels as payment.

Today, Joice stands as a Minotaur military outpost, now as Raising Sun, as a mark of the boundary between Minos and Human regions, and as a reminder of the tragedy, the horror the elves suffer. This place was the one where bounty hunters, collect their rewards for capturing the few elves who managed to escape the Minos-Dwarfos clutches.

This outpost is 80 Km of the Minos capital Exor, the staff and the military is constantly changing.
