Summary

In the Caypool region, there are rumors heard every year just after harvest season. When the dust bowls blow through, kicking up all the dirt and debris, of the flying beast as he takes the remains of any crops left past time and farmhands unfortunate enough to brave the winds as well. Weather this is an ruse to rile up small children or really true, no one knows for sure.
