Bilta's Academy of Artisans & Artificers

A rival academy to the Academy of Karvar, Bilta's Academy of Artisans & Artificers used to be a place where Artificers were trained by teaching them both Mining and Processing and Magology.
Not much is known of its current state ever since the Disciples of the Collective took the place over.
