Dwarvish Hold

Dwarvish Hold is a special type of underground settlement structure planned, developed, and perfected by Dwarves, where the layout of the settlement is made in a way that it is highly defensible, its citizen have infrastructure to be self-sustaining in terms of food and drink, and has tunnels built in such way that it is infinitely* (until you hit the Underdark) expandable by digging down. Meaning that it is an underground settlement type that is practically unsiegeable and has to be "broken through" to be conquered.
