Elkinhold Treasury and Financial Institute

The Elkinhold Treasury and Financial Institute is a treasury of the Dwarovar Bank that doubles as an academy of finance. They teach anyone that wishes to enroll, independent of whether they want to join the organization after or not.

Purpose / Function

It is the central Dwarovar Bank treasury of Elkinhold, but it's primarily purpose is to teach the next generation of Treasurers.

Alterations

A few larger, but confidential ones due to it's shared function of being a treasury.

History

It was originally built to be an academy, but it also started doubling as a treasury after Athelor introduced passage taxes. One cannot avoid passing through Athelor if one were to transport treasure from Elkinhold to the Rovohold Treasury.
