A subculture of Underdali, the Goblinoid culture is not only strength, but also reputation based. Lax on the rules that are also everchanging, the ones that dictate Goblinoid societies are the ones most popular. This culture has the largest gap between "leaders" and "followers", once someone falls it's nearly impossible for them to earn their way back.
