Guild Leader

Guilds are primarily financial corporations centered around a single art or activity (for example blacksmithing, or even adventuring) led by a single Guild Leader. The Guild Leader is most often the best pracitioner of it inside the guild.

Qualifications

They need to be well versed and proficient in the activity, or have great ability to lead and have great understanding in what's needed for success in the field.

Appointment

Either through founding the guild, appointed by the previous Guild Leader as a successor, or appointed by the guild members via vote.

Keeping the guild together and functioning.

Handling finances and agreements.
