Hall of Refuge

The Hall of Refuge is a great hall of dancing and drinking taking up the central point of Damvahold. The most famous Bards can be found performing here, and the hall is surrounded with bars of all the various guilds that sell drinks.

A place to drink and party.

Alterations

There is a circular balcony and a second floor that has been recently built. It was built for the hall to have a place where customers can talk a bit further away from music.
