Enlightened Immortal of Bilta Sigmund Apbar (a.k.a. The Tinkerer)

Sigmund was the Ruler of Bilta and an active member of the Collectors of Magical Goods - that's where he first met Sir Aldecar. Following a heartbreak during the disastrous wedding of Raizel Arius (known as the "ballroom incident") he was approached by Liz and was slowly indoctrinated into the Church of the Great Mind. Today he's one of the Enlightened Immortals of the Disciples of the Collective that governs Bilta, just like he used to rule it as a Ruler before.
He is still a hobby Artificer and Magical Item enthusiast.
