Smiths of Karvar
The Smiths of Karvar is a guild of Smiths and master Smiths. They not only encourage the craft itself, but also any research and study of it.
Structure
Lead through merit, each member has a prized creation - some even being magical items - that they display. These creations are then ranked by the other members and that's how the hierarchy is created. A member may swap out their creation any time... any time they can make something better that is.
History
They've kept relatively quiet, but many attribute quite a lot of achievements through the Age of Industry to their members.
