Surface Elder (sɜːfɪs ɛldə)

It was the title of Dali'ra's leaders. There were three of them, each holding the same amount of weight when voting for issues, and their decisions influenced the entire nation. The title was relatively new and short lived so not many of its details got fleshed out.

The founders of Dali'ra proclaimed themselves the Surface Elders.

Guiding the citizen of the nation and settlement.

Accoutrements & Equipment

A signet ring with the symbols of the leaf-crown. Each Surface Elder had a slightly altering design. A decision was only official if at least two signatures were present on it.
