Warder used to be a profession for specialized Mages that were proficient in Abjuration. Their work involved feeding the Magical Barrier of the settlement from the inside.

During the Age of Civilization due to the decrease in need of Magical Barriers the profession has lost its distinction, and became one with either Wizard or Disperser duties.
