N'Valaa

A nelfyn city located on the northern edge of the Blackwood. At its peak, N'Valaa was a center of poetry, literature, and song, and was the location of the yearly Festival of Istraelor, where storysingers far and wide would come to share their tales. N'Valaa was one of the last nelfyn cities to fall after the Chaos War, and its ruins are in better shape than most of the other nelfyn ruins dotting Elbrith.
