The Raven Queen
The once-mortal god of death, winter and fate, The Raven Queen's name has long been forgotten, leaving her title. The Raven Queen is a god prayed to in times of sorrow, typically grieving the loss of a loved one, or wishing for a kind winter, The Raven Queen acts as the god responsible for the transitive state between life and the afterlife, the judge who guides souls to where they belong. She despises all forms of undeath and seeks for it to be cleansed and righted.
The Raven Queen does not dwell in one of the named Outer Planes, like her fellow gods, but created her own home, splintering a fraction of Shadowfell away into it's own demiplane, which like her, remains nameless. Despite this, The Raven Queen is bound to the same agreement as the rest of the gods, and cannot walk the outside her own plane and the Outer Planes. She is somewhat of a loner amongst the gods, but has been allied with Corellon against Lolth in the past, and despises Vecna and Orcus.
Worship
Vestments of The Raven Queen typically feature black and dark greys. Some dedicated followers will also wear facial coverings or partial masks to mimic her own white porcelain mask. The Raven Queen is, surprisingly, often associated with ravens and other corvids, and has been known to wield a scythe.Divine Domains
