Aspect Council

The premier legislative body of the The Shazian Federation . Ostensibly comprised of all Shazian Aspects, with each Aspect having a singular vote in the process. Oftentimes, however, the Aspects are either not present, or have no interest in running a nation. Therefore, the council is comprised of those Aspects who do wish to rule, and 'representatives' from the other Aspects.
