The ghost of an innocent 7 year old boy who is scarred of everything and cries and sobs when things don't go his way.
Him and his sister Rose died of starvation centuries ago after their insane parents locked them in the attic and forgot about them. They were too young and innocent to understand that their parents were guilty of heinous crimes. Their parents told them stories about a monster in the basement to keep the children from going down to the dungeon level. The “terrible howls” they heard were actually the screams of the cult’s victims.
After his soul was freed but blocked from moving on from Barovia, he adopted Thiala as a sort of surrogate parent. Thiala was kind and occasionally lets Thorn posses her body so that he can see the outside world. While he finds this new "life" exciting his fear often gets the better of him and whoever he possesses.
