Kyenashi
People of the Empire
The Kyenashi was the dominating culture found in the Kyenashi Empire and the areas it resided over. Though the empire has long since disappeared, remnants of the Kyenashi culture can be witnessed to different degrees throughout the areas that the empire once ruled over.
A festive and harmonious people
Kyenashi culture was known for its colourful and vibrant festivals, its delicious and diverse cuisine, and its unique architectural styles. Art, music, and dance were also focal points for the Kyenashi. They were also known for their strong emphasis on family and community. Many become one
Though they are often spoken about as one coherent culture, in reality, they were a blend of a wide range of people. The culture simply absorbed and changed with newcomers, fitting their culture into their own. The semi-assimilation and incorporation of cultures into the empire was part of what gave the Kyenashi Empire such a strong hold over their territories and the people living there. Whenever new land was incorporated, people would fight back and protest. But as time went on, and cultures blended together, many forgot that they had not always belonged.Appearance
