Andrius Drax

Andrius was second in command to his cousin Jerome Drax, until he was murdered, and he took over and expanded his cousin's criminal organisation.
He is aware that Jerome Drax was murdered by Jerome's sister, Jennifer Drax, but Andrius is ambitious and prefers to leverage this information to encourage his cousin Jennifer Drax to carry out assassination missions for him in districts of the city that he would not otherwise be able to access.
