The 3rd inhabited world of the Arcadian system, colonized by both Arcadian and Arenn before the unification of the system. The world is plagued by a runaway greenhouse effect, the surface of the world is too hot for life or even technology to survive very long. While plant life and ocean life are beginning to thrive in the hot mix, Human civilization finds it is in the clouds, high above the accumulated carbon dioxide that they are most comfortable. Aphra is home to several “sky cities”
