The Waste World

Of all the worlds in the known the one that came out of the DARK age the worst was Targotha. This world must have been a center of commerce, most likely centered on the Targothan Graveyard oribiting the star Targo’s habital zone as well, before the DARK fell. Filled with the remains of failed ancient hazardous processing centers and nuclear power facilities the planet falls under an ever increasing cloud of blue stained smog. Current tech waste filters and environmental cleansers make the world habitable for the renewed commerce the graveyard attracts but the air still manages to stain everything and everyone a bit blue.

PLACES: Neolon City Neolon South The Unk Docks ; a large factory complex sitting under the only open section in the dome. This is where most of the reclamation facilities are…where most of the money on Targo is made. They have their own docks, a larger port than the one I used but here they monitor everything and even run ship inspections. Huge cargo ships make birth here, loaded down with salvage from the Graveyard which they can sell or have refurbished. But mostly they just process the ores. Few ships go deep into the graveyard where there might be something of value; it’s easier to pick at the edge for more consistent albeit second-rate salvage. So there is a vast network of support businesses running here. Parts dealers to fabrication shops, union labor houses to training academies and of course, bars, game-rooms and binding houses.
