Clavelina Eveningspice (klāv-lē-nä)

It's all fun and games until the music stops! Or at least, what Clavelina believes. Music is her passion after discovering she didn't have an affinity toward magick like her fellow fae. So, she adapted to any form of music and studied hard to find a place among her clan of the Auburnspell. For most of her life, she found music in everything and even decided to leave her clan for a period of time when she found herself being accepted at the school of Juilliard. Soon, she made a name for herself and graduated at the top of her class with her Doctor of Musical Arts degree and has since gone on to become the conductor of the Symphony of the RSS, a group of fae that decided to join her with the performing arts.

Personality

Clavelina can be highstrung when push comes to shove, however, it is easy to find being playful and having fun while somehow creating music wherever she's at. To her, music is in everything, from the wind to the trees swaying and the sounds of cars honking. She enjoys cracking jokes giving a speech about relaxing and having a good time just before she starts conducting a concert.
Determination to keep her career going is one of the few things that have her driven her this far in life, and when asked if she'll ever return home, she says that she's happy performing music as her home is more founded with strict, overbearing rules and showing off their arcana skills (though she leaves that part out when around mortals).

Trauma

As Clavelina was born without magick, her people saw her as an outsider, giving her the cold shoulder whenever they were around her. Even her parents saw problems when raising her. This left Clavelina with a broken heart and a strive toward proving to her people that she was good enough to be part of the clan. However, she quickly learned that she was useless in their clan because of her magickless abilities.

Abilities

Magick is important to all fae, even the halfbreeds. Those born without magick are usually ostracized from their clan and can even be expelled. Clavelina was one of the few fae that struggled to stay around when her magickal abilities never revealed themselves. Over time, she went into music because it made her feel like she could create music through any sound.

History

Clavelina was born abord the HSWW Starfall in the year 2123 EoR to Fantasia and Grevillea Eveningspice through the use of a "conception" spell known only to shaman fae. Strange enough to her parents, she was born without magick and given a mark on her left shoulder of a teardrop with a slash through it, indicating her disability among her clan. For years, Clavelina worked tirelessly in any job the Auburnspell clan would give her, but it wasn't enough to change their opinions of her. She would hear whispers behind her back, tugs at her wings, and sometimes splashed with mud or dirty water, which the perpetrator would claim as an "accident."
When Clavelina reached 782-years-old, she grew tired of the abuse and chose to step away from her clan and pursue something that would make her happy. Due to her knowledge and trickery of her fae talents, she was able to get accepted in the Julliard School of the Performing Arts, where she got her Doctoral of Music Arts degree.
Her career took off and a few fae also at Julliard joined her in creating their own orchestra titled the Symphony of the RSS, a mixture of humans, fae, and perhaps a few elves. Clavelina simply enjoys her time performing these events and greets fans with high enthusiasm and sometimes offers to give them a tour of the place if she has the time. Autographs are a must in Clavelina's eyes. If she can sign a few autographs for her fans and give them a night to remember, then she's done her job as a conductor perfectly!
