Vlad Dracula

Everyone knows the story of Vlad the Impaler, but what some don't know is that he was the reincarnated soul of Vladimir Tepes and he remembered everything that happened to him on Eskǎvaëís. He constantly harbored a deepseated hatred for the Senator of the Vampires, Kěith Cheonsa, and his soulmate, Jack McClain, the Representative of Werewolves.
While knowing everything, Dracula simply bided his time until he could trick Kěith into showing up in Wallachia in 1456 AD, where he proceeded to keep Kěith prisoner and attempt to drive him insane. Vlad tormented Kěith and tried to drive him insane until Jack realized something was up and went in to rescue his mate.
A few years later, Vlad Dracula was assassinated.
