Known for his speeches, Dynnel has had a difficult run as Guardian with some of the most controversial decisions in Kojan history, but he continues to gain the support and favor of his people and other rulers.

Personal history
Born From the Unknown:
Dynnel was born on June 19th, 686 to Demus Kojark. Kept secret from the public for the first 2 weeks, he was later announced on July 2nd to universal shock and confusion. Demus was a bachelor his entire life, and some questioned who the mother of Dynnel was. Rumors and speculation spread throughout the nation until July 10th, 686, when Demus gave a speech to the nation in which he questioned why the mother of his child mattered, and told the people he was raising the child as his son, and that is all that should matter.
Early Life: Dynnel lived a very sheltered early life. While a majority of the public loved Dynnel and supported the thing, a portion were displeased with the child and refused to recognize him as Demus' heir. Fearing for his son, Demus restricted him to the castle and only allowed him to wander the town while under the protection of an armed guard. Despite the lack of freedom, Dynnel was very happy in his early years, and treated the staff of the castle as his family, and in turn they treated him as such. Dynnel would spend hours exploring the castle and helping maids with chores or the cook in the kitchen, spending time with his father on his inventions and playing in the same room Demus worked on governmental documents. This continued until Dynnel's 15th birthday, where he began leaving the castle alone. By this time, the negative perception of Dynnel had ceased, with only a few small groups disapproving of him. Dynnel was popular in the capital, and would be found helping the citizens with whatever he could.
Young Adulthood: By the time Dynnel had reached young adulthood, he had already made connections with the nobles and normal citizens of the town. Around this time, however, Dynnel found his true talent: diplomacy. Taking after his grandfather, Dynnel was a master at words and charisma, at times aiding his father in talks with the Council of Elders and the other clan leaders. Through these talks, Dynnel began interacting the Helga Lokdbeard, the 2nd daughter of Hilda Lokdbeard who was of a similar age. The two became close friends, with their relationship bringing the Clans Lokdbeard and Kojark closer together.
Adulthood: In 716, Dynnel reached adulthood and became an official member of his father's court, further aiding Demus in diplomatic relations between the Clans as well as internationally. Dynnel became highly regarded by many international figures during his early years of diplomacy such as King Fritz of Eldia, Queen Jasmine Rue of Ruitis, and Chief Gungyu of Disbord. Dynnel continued to help in the community as well, however he was noted to be much more careful around machinery and was a stickler for safety. In 722, Dynnel married Helga Lokdbeard, daughter of Hilda Lokdbeard, and further strengthened the relationship between the two clans, however both have repeatedly confirmed the marriage was out of love and not necessity. Dynnel lived happily with his wife, who moved into the castle, until 727 when Demus was suddenly killed in a machinery accident, thrusting Dynnel into the role of Guardian. The change was sudden and difficult for the country as a whole: despite Dynell's popularity, Demus was a universally loved leader and was not expected to pass so soon. Dynell struggled for the first year as Guardian, juggling his duties and almost cracking under the pressure of the country. However, he did not break, and began ruling Kojark as well as his father, if not with some changes. In the wake of his father's death, Dynnel pushed for more safety restrictions in the country, with some raising eyebrows among the masses. Although these changes were minimal for the most part, in 738 Dynnel introduced a law that would require Kojans to obtain a permit to test "possibly dangerous machinery that could lead to loss of life". This law was passed in 740 following two years of debate between the Clans and the Council of Elders with the final vote being 2/3 with Clan Hiltup abstaining. This outraged Clan Hiltup, who accused Dynnel of abusing his wife's position in Clan Lokdbeard which was heavily denied by both Clans, Helga had left Clan Lokdbeard as soon as she married into Clan Kojark. Depite this, Clan Hiltup continues to view the law as a disgrace on Kojark and Dynell has struggled in making them follow and enforce the law.
Additionally, Dynnel again faced backlash in 750 when the true nature of Chief Gungyu was revealed to the world. Dynnel had been close to the Chief in his youth, and some accused him of allowing or outright aiding the Chief in his horrific plan, which Dynnel denies. After rumors spread of the Guardian stuttering and struggling to speak to Princess Selena and Prince Sabath, there was a stir in the populace that question why someone so slick with words would fumble them so atrociously. Due to this, and the previously mentioned safety regulations, Dynnel's role as Guardian has been the most controversial in history.

Education
Highest Class:
Dynnel was educated by a number of highly regarded teachers from around the world, all paid directly from Demus' personal treasury. While Dynnel has a firm understanding in almost every field of education, he excels most in history and public speaking, which has increased his diplomatic tongue.
Accomplishments & Achievements
Diplomacy Across Dasani:
Dynnel has made the bonds between Kojark and the rest of Dasani universally better. While Ruitis and Eldia had already been close to Kojark, Dynnel's words brought the three countries even closer. Dynnel was also pushing to become closer to Golar before its disbandment.
Safety Regulations: While a few were controversial, the majority of Dynnel's safety regulations set in place were well accepted by Kojark and decreased accident related death by nearly 20% after being set in place.

Failures & Embarrassments
Dangerous Machinery Permit:
Dynnel's final safety regulation included the requirement for Kojans to obtain a permit when testing machinery. While the permit was easy to get, the requirement to have one was the most controversial law in Kojan history, further fueled by Dynnel's attachment to Clan Lokdbeard. This permit continues to be a debate in Kojark to this day, with Clan Hiltup barely enforcing the law while the populations of Clans Kojark and Lokdbeard regularly ignore it.
Republic of Disbord Slipup: In 750, Chief Gungyu of Golar was caught collaborating with the king of the giants and forcefully removed from office by a team of adventurers as well as the children of the two rulers. In the first talk of diplomacy with the new Republic of Disbord, Dynnel is rumored to have fumbled his words while refusing to aid the new nation. This slip up led to many Kojans questioning Dynnel's relationship with Chief Gungyu, with some going as far to suggest Dynnel and the government knew of Gungyu's plan but did nothing to stop it.
