Eastpoint Dock
Eastpoint Dock is the easternmost town in Eldia. Due to its close proximity to the water it is one of the most diverse towns in the region, being the home of many races from many different regions. The town is most well known for its delicious seafood and bustling market place. The town is led by Hamworth Aqafild whose family has governed for generations. The town is also a popular spot for up and coming adventurers due to the town's close proximity to the monster dens in the north east of Eldia. The town is also a popular spot for retired heroes who have decided to settle down. Because of this monsters and criminals tend to avoid the town. New Adventurers should make their way to the tavern to get simple jobs and begin their career as heroes!
Government
Eastpoint Dock is led by Hamworth Aqafild whose family has run it's borders for generations. The town follows a democratic system with a leader being elected every 10 years, however the Aqafild family has won every election due to popularity and their fair ruling.
The laws of Eastpoint Dock are very lax in comparison to other settlements in Eldia with many laws having simple sentences such as community service and fees. However, murder is not accepted in Eastpoint and if anyone is found guilty of the crime they face prison time and in some cases even death.
Defences
Eastpoint has a regular guard of fine soldiers as well as the support of retired heroes. Due to some retired heroes being Dragon Slayers very few wish to tussle with the town.
Assets
One of Eastpoint's biggest attractions is its bustling market, George's bazaar. Named after George Aqafild, the first mayor of Eastpoint, the market is constantly changing. For 100 gold you can open a stall for the day and sell your stock. Because of the cheap stalls and steady traffic George's Bazaar is one of the most popular markets in Eldia.
Guilds and Factions
The Tavern: The Tavern is a large building nearby the docks where anyone may request a job. These jobs range from simple jobs around town to clearing out dungeons.
