Dashura

Dashura is a world in transition. Humans beings are in a cultural battle between the religious sect in the northern part of the continent and the scientific community in the south. It is a magical world but the source of the magic is a topic that often leads to conflict. Humans are also changing. Different ethnic groups have the power to transform into different animals once a day: wolves, birds, dolphins depending on their location. Those without the power to transform have the power to do spells...in the north they become Clerics and in the south Wizards. The world is filled with all the creatures familiar to middle earth: elves, drawves, orcs, goblins, and the like but unbeknownst to everyone there is a dark force awake and moving across the continent to create choas, cause conflict, and ultimately bring back from the underworld the dark god and the forces of evil.
