Shadow Ink

A special ink given by The Shadows with the purpose of introducing a greater means of control over a specific individual.

If used in a contract, it can be used to ensure a troublemaker is unable to speak of the horrors they had seen and prevent them from disobeying their superiors. The blood of the individual being targeted is needed to be mixed with the ink for this to take affect.

If used as a tattoo, the Shadow is able to use that individual as their 'eyes and ears' in places they cannot physically. They can also 'speak' with this individual telepathically. Only the most trusted individuals are given this 'honor'.
