The first day of Highsun was a momentous day for The Shaar as a construction project was revealed after having begun in Deepwinter in complete secrecy.   The underground tunnel from the unnaturaly fast developing town of Arno-Mot all the way to Lake Lhespen alone would have been significant.   The unending source of seawater piped from the Elemental Plane of Water into a dying desert ravaged by the effects of the Spellplague will reshape the future of the entire region.
