With the higher up security packages, we're talking Clockworks and Golems and similar that can be summoned on a moments notice. Pending on the size and wealth of the specific branch, they will also have substantial security they can call upon. Ledger:
Concerning ledgers, they all have a ledger. Difference being how public are they, an optional ledger is between Open or Private. An Open ledger is for people with the right authority can access and tax you accordingly. A Private ledger is between you and the clerk. The ledgers are magical in nature and requires authorized clerks to interact with it.
