Leomund's Comfortable Cottage
You conjure a sturdy cottage or lodge made of local materials, such as stone, timber, or sod, that are common to the area where the spell is cast. The floor is level, clean, and dry. The cottage resembles a typical dwelling, complete with a sturdy door, two windows, and a small fireplace.
The shelter provides comfort but no heating or cooling. It must be heated as a normal dwelling. Extreme heat adversely affects it and its occupants. The dwelling is as strong as a typical stone building, resisting flames and fire as if it were made of stone. It is impervious to regular missiles.
The door, windows, and fireplace are secure against intrusion, the former two being magically sealed. These entrances are also protected by an alarm spell. Additionally, an unseen servant is conjured to provide service within the shelter for the spell's duration.
The secure shelter comes with basic furnishings, including eight beds, a table, eight chairs, and a writing desk.
If you wish to include the unseen servant's benefits, you need to add the material components and focus described in the original spell.
This spell is perfect for adventurers seeking a secure and comfortable resting place during their journeys.
