Shadow Tor

Shadow Tor is an ancient, crumbling castle perched atop a cliff overlooking a vast, cold ocean. Once the stronghold of the Arch Lich Alumananx the Vile, this sinister fortress was the birthplace of a massive undead army that terrorized the Reman Empire and the Dawn Alliance. The surrounding area is desolate and barren for miles, with no one daring to venture near. A major trading road passes through the region, but travelers hasten their journey, avoiding the area at all costs and never spending a night nearby. Despite the passage of time, strange occurrences persist, and rumors of Alumananx's continued presence linger.
After years of conquest and devastation, the Arch Lich grew weary of worldly domination and retreated to Shadow Tor to pursue dark necromantic experiments. Originally a two-story castle, much of its upper level has crumbled into ruin. The land within a fifty-mile radius is devoid of life, with any creatures found being either undead or monstrous aberrations.
