Ladder: Savant
Her strengths are not in her endurance, speed, or ability to shoot something with pinpoint accuracy. She uses a part of the body most of her comrades seem to let necrotize, her brain. She's the one with all the answers, an encyclopedia of knowledge. She spends every spare moment reading. The knowledge from the Time Before is the key to humanity regaining their ability to shape their destiny.
She is proficent in all Intellegence based skills and she can use her Intellect score for her bonus to initiative.
if she uses any Intellect skill to practice a profession during downtime activities, she can maintain a wealthy lifestyle without having to pay per day. She also does not have to pay for research, and training costs 1/4 the usual time and money. Additionally, after taking a long rest, she gains a +3 bonus to Intelligence until she makes an attack roll or casts a spell.
If she has advantage on any roll (including attack rolls and saving throws) and both results would succeed, she can set one aside. At any point in the next five minutes, she can choose not to make a d20 roll and instead use the saved die. She can only set aside one result at a time, and if not used within 5 minutes, it is lost.
Anytime she rolls an ability check, skill check, or saving throw with Intellect, she can set her die roll to her Intellect ability score.
