Pullo The Messenger

A dead misshapen gnome, attached to a noose, falls from the tree. He's clearly been tortured, but he was quite ugly to begin with. There's a scrap of leather (skin from his back) stabbed into Pullo's chest, which is a note in Infernal. If the heroes cast any spells near Pullo, he temporarily comes to life for 10 minutes. As a former bard, he will sing to them that they're in the Roaming Forest, that the cultists are ahead of them with the children, and that the Unborn God will soon consume the world. Pullo is oddly delighted about this. The cultists caught and tortured him to death, which he's also oddly delighted about as he has long since lost his sanity.
