Auku, The Black Dragon
One of the most powerful dragons to have known to exist is Auku of the Sands. What is know of their tendencies is not positive. They have been known to encourage dark behaviors of their servants. If there is a quick and easy way to gain a profit, whether it be legal, or questionable they take advantage of it. Auku is believed to have no qualms about betraying their kin and followers for personal gain. They typically base their allegiance on power, which makes them quite receptive to anything that would give them more of it.
Descriptions of their appearance varies. Some historians and scholars describe them as a gigantic snake-like creature living in the air, in the sea, or in the deserts. Other descriptions of them have a huge body, a fierce face, their mouths are wide with many teeth, and their eyes are bright. The most consistent descripts describe them as being terrible in appearance, with flaming eyes, a wide mouth, and a massive black scaled body of enormous length.
