Fuji Seto
For most of his life, Fuji lived as a personal tutor to the children of the Council of Dazan. He is well educated, skilled in tinkering, and capable of earth high magics. He was once well trusted amongst the Dazan elite.
Before The Last Hope, Fuji fled with their current student, Kazuhiko Ishii, under the guise of a coming-of-age pilgrimage common for the privileged Biata youth. Fuji was trusted to take Kazuhiko to all of the homestones in Dayne, but the two never again returned to Dazan.
Instead they found their way to Moreteer with some expensive trinkets to help with seed funds, a good supply of green tea plant seeds, some green tea plant saplings, and some matcha thanks to Fuji's connections. For being such an old Biata, Fuji has adapted well to the sudden change of lifestyle. However he mostly remains relatively secluded since they arrived in Moreteer, spending most of his time with his tea plants, completing Kazuhiko's education, or teaching apprentices looking to learn the art of making matcha.
