Minimus, The Blue Dragon
The Dragon followed by many of the Celestial Arts users is Minimus, also known as The Incarnate Archanist. He oversees the Seas and Skies of Dayne. It has been said that the Ancient Wyrm, Minimus created Arcane Magic by someone harnessing the power of the Elemental Planes and The Astral Sea and creating their connection to the material plane of Dayne. It is rumored that this Dragon has 3 eyes unlike any of his kin. Followers of Minimus are often called Chosen.
