Aurora
Situated to the east of Denver, expansive Aurora fell to the influence of the Anarch Movement in the 1970's. Its relatively large size compared to its modest population makes it easy for Kindred to remain hidden from one another, aided by wooded areas and variances in elevation.
Tense relations
By and large the Kindred of Denver consider Aurora to be a sort of red-headed stepchild. albeit one that's mostly ignored. There's the occasional ''punative expedition,'' but a concerted effort to bring the domain to heel has not been attempted in decades. For their part, Aurora's Anarchs guard their borders but seem otherwise willing to leave the Mile High City under the Ivory Tower's control. In recent years, Aurora's population has swelled with refugees of the Sabbat schism. This has led to some internal tensions, with new Anarch packs bickering over domains and havens with the ''old guard.'' Some of the losers of such fights have been expelled towards the Denver barrens, much to the annoyance of its Sheriff. It is inevitable that some stragglers slip his notice, at least for a time. With the Masquerade strained as never before, it seems only a matter of time before more drastic action is needed.Organization
As far as is known to the Denver Camarilla, Aurora's organization is as slapdash and haphazard as any Anarch domain. Grudgingly, it is admitted that someone seems to make an effort to keep egregious breaches of the Masquerade under control, as no local newspapers or YouTubers seem to be running an inordinate amount of vampire stories. The most interesting recent rumor is that of the supplanting of Aurora's Baron. The Brujah James Trelawney had staked that claim, albeit with the typical hands-off approach of an Anarch ''ruler.'' Trelawney is said to have disappeared, with one Lunatic straggler adding that ''he had meat on his mind. Meat.''
