Willie

Willie makes his way in the series during the Dead Man Arc in season 6. Willie is found by the Bike Gang and brought into our survivor's camp. Willie is extremely terrified/traumatized from being captured and tortured by the Dead Man. Himself and his friend Amy were both captured and tortured by the Dead Man for months after the Dead Man killed everyone in their group. Willie and Amy were knocked out and dragged back to the Dead Man's base the Cemetery. There the Dead Man had them chained up and forced them to stay in a room with other chained up zombies. The zombies would nonstop try to eat them but the zombies couldn't reach Willie and Amy. The Dead Man would torture them by cutting, stabbing and man handling them. The Dead Man would even force them to watch zombies eat other people that the Dead Man would capture. Willie and Amy would cry and shout but to no avail.

After being captured and tortured Willie is totally scared of the Dead Man. So scared in fact that he is utterly traumatized and is no use of helping or even speaking up agaisnt to fight the Dead Man although Willie actually has vital information on the Dead Man. But he is too scared and begs everyone to run away and/or to let him get away. So all and all Willie is just a scared man.
