Water Dragons
The blue-scaled dragons can produce sudden and strong pulses of electricity. They can use this to create a field around them when in water or concentrate it to create a bolt of lightning on a single point.
Basic Information
Anatomy
They have deep-blue scales on their back and light-blue to white scales on their belly.
Their horns are curved to the front, run until halfway to the sides of their maw and seem to play part in creating the electricity they shoot from their mouths.
They have fin-like structures along their bodies and tail that help them navigating in water.
Additionally to their lungs, these dragons also have gills which allows them to stay underwater for extended periods of time.
